1 Girl NLFSC Will Always Remember!

I have been skating for many years, almost 10, about that. My

coach Shelly Herbert-Shea was my coach throughout the years. Lily

Dulong, a former judge would come to the rink and watch us skate

and give us advice on our free,dances,skills,artistic and

stroking. She would give advice to the coaches and the skaters.

She would drive and sit right on top of the home box watching us

partner or do axels. One day when I got home from school, my mom

told me some horrible news. Lily has died. Mrs.Baldovin had found

her in her apartment. We miss Lily with all our hearts. She was

an inspiration to all the skaters and the coaches. We dedicated

our skating carnival to her, and want her to know we loved her

and miss her. Her spirit is with all the skaters. I wrote this

because Lily was a big help to my skating. I wasn't as close

as other people, but I still cried. I wish she could be here to

watch us skate and help us. We love you Lily XoXo
