i remember that one person cared
they held my hand through thick and thin
telling me that i could win
my emotions were fierce but i held strong
knowing that i could go on
but one day passed and i fell cold
wanting to be in deaths hold
feeling lost and all alone
i ran away and fled from home
they called a search but it was too late
i had already embraced my fate
the air was still and i was free
the motion was fast i couldnt see
out of the dark i emerged to light
i fought my way through the night
life was still and full of hate
but dont hold back until its too late
for deaths hold is to be fought
and your too young to live life short.
