Parties are basically social gatherings where groups of people hang out in big circles,eating geometrically shaped crackers with little squares of cheese on them. Most of the girls there are in search of guys who'll give them a straight line, while most of the guys are working at shaping their angles. On top of that, whoevers hosting the party is constantly trying to balance Pythagoras's less famous equation, making sure that People (squared) + Fun (squared) does not equal accidental destruction of parental property (squared). Furthermore, love triangles of all sizes and proportions become blatently apparent when points A,B and C are all present in the same room. And above all, everyone at the party is trying to be viewed by a complimentary angle.
