The Bible says the only way to heaven is through Christ.  If a person doesn't kno Christ as their savior when they die they will not go to heaven.  However if the person never has the oppertunity to hear about him, such as a baby or menally disabled person or just someone who has never heard of him, God is reasonable and will understand.  But if the person has had the oppertunity to hear and learn about him and they choose not to they will not go to heaven.  It doesn't matter if someone does good things if they don't kno Christ as their savior they will not go to Heaven.
