Hi, I need some help from people. I have really started to change in the last few months. At home I don't get along with anybody and I yell and scream and cry all the time. I am always very angry and I want to almost kill myself I get so angry. I'm pretty good at school by not getting mad but I get very frustrated all the time. Does anybody know how to help me?? I've been trying to be calm and everything its just I can't control myself anymore. Please help me by e-mailing me back or something I need someone's help
