My brother Kory was killed at a party after he had been involved in a physcial fight with a group of boys. I remember the night like it was yesterday. The phone rang at 3 in the morning, waking me up, but I wasnt the first to answer the phone. I kept my voice low when I heard my stepdad shouting that the man on the other line was lieing. Only a couple minutes later my mother rushed into my room and informed me that Kory was beaten to death by 3 guys that were drunk. Kory, and his friend Marshall, who was also killed, had been drinking, and were jumped. It has been said that people saw the attack, and it would have only took 30 seconds to call the cops to stop it, but instead my brother was hit 28 times with a baseball bat, Marshall 17 times with a golf club. Please, save a life. Dont drink to the point of violence. Kory was only 18 years old. He had a 2 month old baby boy named Konnor, and his whole life ahead of him. This all could have been prevented if it werent for underage drinking.
