ok i dont know who u r, but swimming is a lot harder than u think. and yes, swimming is very much so a mental sport we just have to work our butts off and think at the same time. divers workouts have no intensity. i watch college diving everyday and yeah sure u swim, anyone can swim, its about how hard and how much we swim over 10,000 yards for ONE practice (equal to running over 18 miles) and im not talking about "high school", or country club crap or anything like that im talking about a 13 year old
            thats what it takes to be the best swimmer in the state
