1 colorguard definitley not a sport!! (REPLY)

the members in colorguard work their BUTT OFF.  They have hours of practice time and they do ALOT.  Not only do they have to learn dances and new routines, but they also have to know how to spin a weapon or flag.  They attend countless competitions with the band and without.  I dunno about YOUR school, but our school's colorguard is really good.  It's DEFINITELY a sport.  They do so much work and have so many practices that you would die within a week of their practice during the summer.  While getting yelled at and being criticized by the intructors 24/7, it's so much strenous work.  Therefore, I suggest you don't talk about colorguard like they don't do any crap cuz they can do alot more than you can.
