watching the cars in the dark
rolling across the smooth black road
i stared out the window...
thinking about life
and how i wish i were anyone
in any of those cars...
i stared out the window...
escaping from myself
losing my thoughts
in the endless dark night..
i stared out the window..
hoping i could sit there forever
wishing things would pause
so i could breathe...
i stared out the window...
wondering about the people in those cars...
and i stared
until no more cars drove past anymore...
i stared out the window...
at the dark empty road...
and a tear rolled down my cheek
because i knew i was alone...

all i can breathe is ammonia
and its stinging my throat
its burning my eyes
and i cant hold on much longer..
its eating away at my insides
and leaving wounds on my skin...
all i can taste is ammonia
and my throat is raw
i cant see anymore
and i'm about to let go...
i'm hollow inside...
pain is suffocating me to death...

when that part of me dominates
it abducts me
and leaps inside my mind
and i suddenly crave pain
i need it to be extant
its a feeling that i cant escape
the world is spinning beneath me
i stand in the eye of the hurricane
waiting for the hollowness
to blow me away again
and savoring the feeling
as the edge carves into me
and when entity overflows
i close my eyes in shame
my neck is weak
and the air freezes on my cheeks
as it embraces the icy tears
and the room is spinning
and the hurricane is back

no matter what i do
i cant escape from your hold
i'm trapped in my own hand
and i'm not capable of letting go
all eyes are on me
watching my every move
my heart beats out of my chest
and theres nothing i can do
you know about it all
yet do nothing to try and stop me
and its driving me insane
how you could just let it be..
i'm going out of my mind
wondering how this could be true
i dont want to think about tomorrow
and theres still nothing i can do
i wish forever would never come
wish today would have no tomorrow
i hear you acting like nothings wrong
and i cant escape the breathless sorrow
i want to wring your careless neck
smack some sense into you
but i confine myself to depression
and there isnt a damn thing i can do....

I stare into the darkness
and dive into the black...
I fall a thousand miles...
and never want to go back...
I listen to nothing
and slide into the red...
I float forever in my crimson dreams
and smile at how much i've bled..
I scream into the sky..
and race into the blue...
I cry a million tears...
and my heart breaks in two...
I taste pain all around me...
and cut into the gray...
I bleed in satisfying bliss..
I dont want to live another day...
