Remember the way it once was Where we were all together having fun Remember the way it could've been If he had not made the decision he made right then Remember the way life was supposed to go We'd live forever So we wouldn't see one go Remember the hours we talked all night You helping me out & doing what's right Remember us friends & that we'd all go out Partying late and having no doubts Remember the days we had major hangovers Drinking tomato juice so it would pass over Remember the truck driving too fast Your life going by knowing it wouldn't last Remember the fog being way to thick The truck doing tricks that were too hard to kick Remember the instant the truck hit Knowing that this was going to be it Remember the thought that went through your mind Saying good-bye to your family and your life Remember the cops arriving to the scene Your family not knowing 'til 4 in the morning Remember the seats pushing way in Looking at the passenger side seeing the engine Remember the angels that were in the sky Oh...we remember and every day we cry Remember the pain we all had found I know you must remember Because your not with us right now When you feel hurt, anger, or pain Remember Greg, you'll be loved every day So when we lay down at night & dream our sweet dreams We will look back at you Greg, and all our memories Remember to look back down at your past And realize there is nothing to grasp You left this world so far behind Its hard to remember what you can't find So remember all that you can Because remembrance isn't life But it's all that we have A son, a brother, and even a great friend Remember us Greg Because you will be remembered to the end. **My friend wrote this to my (step) brother, Greg, killed in a tragic car accident, he was the only one in this tragedy, and he was loved so much. he was a month older than I, 16 yrs. old, we were so close and I miss him so much. I wish I could show you a picture of him and tell you how many lives he touched and how sweet he was. He will never be forgotten. I love you Greg. Born April 14,1984. Died January 13,2001**
