However much you dislike a song you have to remember there's always somebody who actually does. Just because it isn't COOL enough does not mean it is CRAP. OK.

And for another thing. I am one of these people who is into lots of different bands and not just one type either. I believe the eclectic you are with your music tastes the more open minded you are about music. For example a certain band releases a song and you like it. Doesn't matter who it is or what style. The song makes you feel like you want to dance and sing along with it - then good, go out and buy it. This is the chance for you to have your own tastes. I suggest go and find a band who is not in the charts like I did and go to their concerts and then you have your own individual taste, an unknown band is just so much cooler than Britney.

AND just because I have seen some big bands recently does not necessarily mean that these bands are just in it for the money. I believe that they are there to entertain their fans with the amazing lyrics they write. Also they all play guitars, keyboards, drums etc unlike these teen idols who mime to backing tapes with ridiculous dance routines. Not my idea of a concert. The good bands write their own songs and even if they are on MTV - the UK version rarely plays music videos - these bands too deserve the credit they are given. So if you like a song then who cares what anyone else says but do not be too quick to go around saying it is rubbish because it is not your usual taste. As many of us teenagers have found our tastes keep changing. So please remember what I have said about music. Be yourself, listen to anything you want to and definitley remeber just because you like one particular type of music does not mean that another type does not exist.
