RACHEL STEVENS is a tiny popstar, she can't sing so she has to make up a stupid dance routine to perform and mime to. she has been voted the sexiest woman by the men - im no prettier than she is - but I can't see why they have voted her at all. She was in a band called S CLUB 7 but I am so glad they broke up. It made me embarrassed to think that my country brought out pop crap like that. Now shes gone solo "funkydory" is pathetic.
WESTLIFE are agreed telented irish singers. I do not personally enjoy their music but they are quite big now. their cover of "mandy" follows with the parody "oh mandy, you came and you gave me a turkey"
SUGABABES joined now by heidi have had some good and bad songs. Their soundtrack to Love Actually "too lost in you" is brilliant and also "hole in the head" - well I just enjoy my mother dancing to it.
GIRLS ALOUD they are the manufactured girl band surviving from popstars the rivals reality tv show. They have had a Christmas number one single with "sound of the underground" and they keep on going...
WILL YOUNG pop idol is now bringing out an album which he actually co-wrote (not had them written for him YAY) the song "leave right now" is good. Shows nobody is homophobic, he still is our idol.
GARETH GATES was second in the pop idol contest. he has had more attention from teen girls. i hate his (written for him) music and he is not good looking but its my opinion. overcoming a stammer he was very brave.
ATOMIC KITTEN they are three girls bringing out well cheesy stuff. all teen girls want to look and dress like them. no offence but all their songs sound the same. Get a new hairdresser too. But "whole again" was number one ages and it grew on me.
THE DARKNESS great rock band with a strange voice i must say. the videos are a joke really but i hear four talented guys who have made a brilliant album "permission to land". "i believe in a thing called love" got to number 2 in the UK. Also ppl say they are the next queen.
MUSE well I have seen them. they make great music if you are into high pitch lyrics great pianos and guitaring. i saw them a few weeks ago. they are so talented. "absolution" album is about death. my all time amazing song called "plug in baby" I love it they are great. but ppl sometimes dislike their individuality and the fact they are big.
COLDPLAY i actually saw them last year 2002 before they were huge in more than in just our 5 countries of the UK. Chris is having a baby with Gwyneth Paltrow. The song "Yellow" is so amazing.
TRAVIS are from scotland. I saw them ages ago. we have all 4 albums under our roof. the song "turn" is really deep. I would love to go see them again in concert with their latest album but they are now too big.
FEEDER are from wales. they lost their drummer in a tragic suicide. I saw their gig at Rock City Nottingham (for all those who know it has the craziest mosh pits.) there are about 6 or 7 albums to buy of theirs. the early music is quite rocky but their newer songs like "just the way I'm feeling" is slower and more deeper.
STEREOPHONICS also a great band. they released an album with the abbreviation was JEEP and it nearly had them in trouble with the company that makes jeeps. They bring out excellent music, their concert he gave us 5 encores. The songs "mr writer" and "madame helga" are 2 favourites.
