1 About Rock Magazines...

I was reading a womans opinion about how the rock magazines are now putting britney all over the covers and giving 2 or three pages dedicated to the past it pop star. I said POP star. Now I do not understand it. Like the american rolling stone, the UK have one called Q and I used to love reading all about new rock bands and was very excited about reading the reviews on the latest albums. BUT one day hip hop and pop took over the magazines, great rock bands get two star ratings and the hip hop gets about 5 stars. I have nothing against Eminem but he does not ever come close to rock. Beyonce why they had her in Q I don't know but she is just a pretty face to get these suckers to actually buy this poor excuse for a rock magazine. Now its got pink and britney and hip hop inside will there actually be any room for the proper music. I was so disgusted, to actually think that using pop music will try to get more readers. Instead I think the original readers will find another great music magazine, I personally love Kerrang. I just hope that does not get influenced by other genres and become less rock. I mean in magazines, they also love an artist one minute and then later they give them the worst review ever. Who wants a magazine with britney in her underwear on the cover rather than reviewing the latest talents. I don't and if it continues to print such crap that isn't rock I really do not see myself buying Q in the near future.
