yeah, A person which usually means singular, that doesnt mean people haven't scored 99.9 and lost that last bit of percentage on some little technical thing. a whole nation as a percentage is as smart as the next nation. i.e america and canada

you may be able to spell but that doesn't mean that your sentences are structured properly and that you have used correct punctuation,
in your first statement you forgot the e when you typed one so your sentence made no sense. if canadians read this i bet they would be smart enough to realise you made a typo and they wouldn't diss you over one little thing.
