Let's just suppose

Let's just suppose that Al Gore won in Florida,
I think that the Republicans would be pretty pissed off, don't you?
They would get out their own little banners in protest what happened.
Why you ask, well lets look at the facts:
1. Over 300 convicted felons voted in the election (taken from the Miami
Herald) and if you don't know it's ILLEGAL for felons to vote.
2. Next, there were countless cases of people who were wrongly accused of
being a felon (surprisingly many of them were Democrats) and denied the right
to vote.(Channel 7 news FOX) That kinda strikes me as unconstitutional and
ILLEGAL.
3. Plus, voters in Florida were turned away after 7 p.m., but in
other states they were allowed to continue voting. The voice of the voters in
the other states aren't more important than the voice of Florida. Not to
mention that the population of Florida is larger than those other states and
the Presidency hinged on the Florida election. Therefore it was completely
unfair and clearly not a true majority.
Hmm... I can see the steam coming from their ears now!!
-On the subject of those butterfly ballots, it gets more difficult to
establish the wrong in the problems with it, but just take a second and
pretend you're in their shoes. Your vote has not been counted, because you
made a dumb mistake (this happens to everyone..hehe even rocket scientists)
in an election that decides who gets to sit behind the big desk in the Oval
Office. I would be pretty ticked..don't deny it so would you!
~All you Republicans out there would have reacted very similar to how the
Democrats did, even though you deny it, the rest of the world knows better.~
~Just think the election of the century was based on ILLEGAL votes, because face it, the result in Florida determined the outcome of the race.~
***It scares me that the man redecorating the Oval Office may not have been
elected by a true majority, and I thought we were a democracy. Doesn't it
scare you?***
