God created Adam and Eve but because they were both created by god technically yes they were related.
they're kids however were not deformed because they did not have the same DNA only the same father just like god is everybody's father...doesnt mean our babies our going to come out deformed and we are all commiting incest...so if you really beleive that Adam and Eve were incest well the next time ur making love to ur significant other than u as well are 'incest' but we don't look at it that way because you are from different families but eventually it all leads back to god and him creating Adam and Eve which created you making everybody related to eachother...



Oh by the way...
            Adam and Eve were created in Genesis which is just sort of like a fairy tale book to explain things like that so in fact there is no 'Adam and Eve.'
