1 A Friend in need

We have a friend named Kelly and we really want to help her out but there’s this really sticky situation at the moment. We like her lots and care about her so that’s why we shall not tolerate anyone being unpleasant to her. There is a reason for this though; she may not be the smartest person around so people prey on people like her. We cannot bear to see anyone take advantage of Kelly at all, just because she gets upset a lot and is a little too trusting. We have a lot of laughs with her but sometimes she gets laughed at. What could we do though? She is being used. Sarah can control Kelly, mess with her emotions and yet be so two-faced even though she is her good friend. She isn’t a friend to her, she wants to turn Kelly against our group of friends and cause trouble. I sense danger around Sarah; she craves for attention, power and can manipulate the weaker ones. Now I am really stuck what should we do? Please would you give us some advice? We have all tried talking Kelly but she doesn’t want to be unfaithful to Sarah. I would appreciate an opinion from someone who is not directly involved in our friendship group. Thank you.
