I totally agree with you on this, man. Stereotyping people just divides us into these stupid-ass groups and they cause us to hate others who are different than we are. Like why should we label others? What gives us the right to say what is good or bad? Everyone should be different, have you should all have your own style. I will do the "punk" thing now and again, or the "rocker" thing but I mostly just dress like a relatively normal person; t-shirt and jeans and a basic pair of shoes. Stereotypes also cause us to judge another without getting to know each other first. So think twice before you sterotype someone, people.
