Who and where are his parents? What led you to think that there is ONE boy dying of cancer and why did you choose Africa? There are kids dying of cancer all around the globe and of course we'd like to help the kids but shouldn't you be sending this to a hospital? Why don't his parents got a "cule"? Shouldn't they be knowing what is up with their child?
Do clarify all this if you reply and I assure you we all will be there for the little African boy.
