once my fallen angel
once from the godly heavens
came to me and saved my life
came to me and was loved
his once warming words
turned to cold lies
his once comforting love
turned to a distant hate
his once silver lined wings
turned to an ashy black
his once heavenly clouds
turned to a burning fire
the teasing flames licking his heart
his satanic eyes flicker with hate
his angelic smile now the devils scowl
his loving touch now the kiss of death.
he has become an addiction
i am too weak to overcome
his love was infectious
slowly murdering my soul
killing my emotions
discarding me alone
my raw wound is bleeding
im dying - he smiles
I succumb to the tortue
and routinley close my eyes
hold back the weak useless tears
and breathe
hell stays the night
breathing on my neck
haunting my dreams
picking at the scars
it leaves me once
when the sun returns
no clouds, no fire
no rain, no dark.
my senses alert
and i open my eyes
and i think about him
and i feel alone
my heart beats faster in a threatening way
my smile disappears in a saddening way
my eyes dim in the usual way
