Today I cried another tear for you. The one I trusted and gave my heart to. It was you I loved the very most. And you who stole my innocence with your ghost. And now my love you must know, the way you hurt me, you should not boast. You took my childhood in your stride. And stole from me my simple pride. To forgive you now would be a sin. For you took from me the love within. Now never shall I trust again, nor love another like for you I did. Today I cried a tear for you. The one I trusted and gave my heart to. So now to you I shall say goodbye. Don’t tell me it’s not time to cry. The things you did I can never forget. Not for a moment, not something like this.
