I'm sorry but I have to get this out of my system. Grrr I'm so confused. Just last wednesday I told him, the guy I liked for ages how I felt. Sure I've known him 6 years at school and we had a laugh together and I knew he liked me too. Well I was just too shy to tell him and so I couldn't do it to his face. So we've left school now and finished our exams and I thought that it was the last time I was gonna see him. Well after regretting not telling him how I felt I went home and thought nothing else about it. My friends though did tell me to confess, so thats what I did. I saw him on MSN and told him how I felt and result yeah he said he felt the same way. He even asked me to meet up with him the next day. I was so excited and happy. Nothing could go wrong at all I just knew he'd ask me out soon. I knew this date wouldn't be a one off.
So the next day I met up with him and we spent 4 hours together. We went to a cafe where all of him and his skater mates hang out and to kfc. We then hung out near the river where all of the skaters hang out getting high and stuff.(Is it because I don't get high? He should like me for sticking to my decision, if I have a bf I wont pretend to fit in with his weed smoking college dropouts. Well I'm not sure whether that is the reason that I don't have that in common with him it's pretty lame if it is). I eventually got him away from his group of buddies and we had a little romantic walk together. It's not the usual thing I do but I kissed him on the first date. Well its not like I don't know him I've known him years and it just felt so right. I asked him if he wanted to see me again and if we were gonna go out cos we make a good couple and he seemed so keen. He even walked me to the bus station and waited with me until the bus came and then we said goodbye. Now that was 5 days ago. The next day he sent me an email saying "sowwy" that he was going to see me monday cos he was away for the weekend. It was sent at 7:10 am how cute. I was really upset I had to wait to see him again and that weekend felt like an eternity.
so come monday morning I was email checking and I logged onto MSN and was waiting for him to come online. When he finally did I got a "hey steph" then a huge long pause while he was writing a message. Hmmm a long excuse waiting to happen I had a gut feeling it was goning to turn sour. Yes the bomb exploded right there and then. "I wanna wait. I want you in my future blah blah. Don't wanna fck things up, wanna to treat u right." when he's finished sorting out getting a job and his transport he's gonna ask me out apparently. Well how stupid does he think I am? I had a crush, I went on a date with him and got to kiss him thats what I had dreamt about. So the couple thing was just a bonus. One thing that I thought was right was that he'd sent me a keen email. he then told me that he hadn't been away that weekend so why did he wait til monday to tell me the bad news? Now I have to wait for him and I don't want to now. He's blown his chance. Am I wrong not to wait for him to "grow up" or should I make a fresh start, clean break? Why can't guys be more sympathetic why mess with us girlies hearts huh? And in 5 or 6 days it was all over. Really the only part was that thursday wasn't it. What a short relationship. I tell you girls never waste time thinking about your boy cos he can surprise you at any time.
