He could make you grin a thousand smiles,
He could make your head spin with happy, dizzy, thoughts.
He made you're heart throb, and listened to your hurts.
He dried your eyes when everyone else just stared,
He made you safe.
And now you cannot breathe,
Nor smile,
Nor feel a feeling but pain.
Nor need a kiss from his lips more...
Than now when you're not wanted anymore.
He held you, kissed you, loved you, made you whole again.
With every tender touch.
Was it all a dream? A dream too good to ever be possibly true.
He makes his way towards you... Smiling.
But then you realize he can't even see you.
You can't ever hold him again because it really was too good to ever be true,
You loved eachother, but maybe that was all he wanted.
To be wanted.
He is still worth a thousand giggles, and a thousand grins, and a thousand pangs of joy.
Even through your million tears cried.
Who can you turn to when he turns his back?
Who can you love when he hasn't returned your broken heart to you?
My tears, my pain, my numbness after all the rain.
His eyes, our memories scorched into my brain.
That's all that's left of our wonderful love,
But the old emails, the old notes, and old pictures that I could never bring myself to throw away.
Its hard enough to get through, without him, another painful day.
