I read all of your advice and think that you helped me in a way. See I was in a similar situation and used to cut myself. I wanted to die sometimes but I was rich and was popular yet still I hated myself. I realised that the girl in that story had more of a reason to hurt than I did but reason or no reason you should accept who you are. I am all over it now but I have to look twice at the pair of scissors, a knife or needles because it is so easy to slip back into my old ways. I saw another girl's reply to you saying her friends helped her out. Too right friends that are there for you will help you bounce back and thanks to my counsellor and my parents as well. I want to say to people don't suffer in silence even if you think it is the right thing to do ugly scars will only make you feel more depressed in the long run. I felt sorry for the girl in the story I don't wish bullying, murder and suicide on anyone and especially all that pressure on a 14 year old girl. You need to realise there will always be someone worse off than you and I now realise after 3 years of mutilating my wrists and legs that it really is pointless. Get help please I did and look at me now I've never been happier. Thanks to my friends and family (and Steph) x-love you all-x
