I can honestly say you have a huge crush on this boy and I bet he likes you too. I think boys at your own age level are a little immature and most of the time don't want to settle down at such a young age. You did get to tell him how you felt and he really likes you too and that is great at least its not eating you up inside. I think you need to tell him you still like him. I tell you what wait and see if he wants to meet up with you before telling him. I can't guarantee he wants you back and you thought it was only right to move on because I think you shouldn't waste the summer hoping he wants to meet up with you. The guy you said that you had a fling with he sounded like you made a lucky escape there, guys who try and knock a girls confidence are not worthy of your time. You make out this steven guy you like to be a really sweet boy and no wonder he is trying to deal with the situation in his own way. If he wants to wait to see you maybe he doesn't want to rush things because he wants to date you properly. I can't really say much else honey but I really think you should do something to take your mind off him and if the time is right then just maybe he will be the one for you. If he doesn't feel the same way after your summer apart don't feel bad you had a brief thing once and you can learn from that.
