1.in loving memory of my horse raven

this is for my horse raven who died this year 2004. due to an unknown illness. she was aged 23 years old (very old for a horse) she was put to sleep early in the morning. i just hope she is having a good time where she is. R.I.P  Raven.

i got her when she was 18 years old. i saved her from going to the slaughterhouse to be killed for meat. she was badly neglected. I spent a many of days up at night with her willing her to eat. she recovered after months of TLC (tender loving care) and who new she made a brillant jumper. then she got old and couldnt be rode anymore. then this year March 25th she couldn hardly move and in the same evening she collapsed. irang the vet and she said the kindest thing is to put her down so we did. Raven finally went to sleep never to rise again at 5.45 a.m.

I just want to ask you to take a moment and think of all those horses or any animal for that amtter and think of how the are being treated or where they might be going. i was lucky to save raven and now she had a few years of good living. Just think how you could make a difference by not letting it happen. Just send a thought out to them in hope they find someone loving and caring as i for Raven. thanks
