Everything was simple,
Everything was fine,
I knew I couldn't have you,
And i knew the reason why
i know that i said,
that i liked some other guy,
But when we were together,
i knew that i had lied
For there is no other guy for me,
than the one i know i need,
But its not really possible,
I know... we've agreed
It gets harder and harder every day,
Cuz i know that i can't have you,
But when i look into your eyes,
I see something that is true
I know that somewhere,
Deep inside of you,
You hold a special feeling,
i know you love me too.
IT'S OVER
Why do you still talk to me,
When everything you say is lies??
I don't deserve all this
Just look into my eyes.
Please tell me what I've done wrong,
Cause I can't figure it out,
I've been trying so hard,
To find out what this is about.
And I don't know,
I guess you don't really care,
This must mean its over
Life just isn't fair
I know you've got a girl,
But I wanna be your friend,
I don't know what I'll be without you,
But i might as well be dead.
I hope you know that you're the reason,
I'm feeling all this pain,
I'll just try to forget about you,
I'm not going through all this again.
BEFORE I WENT TO BED
Before i went to bed tonight
I just had to let you know
That my love for you is strong,
And will always continue to grow,
Before i went to bed tonight,
I thought that you should hear,
I love every moment i spend with you,
I hold every second dear,
Before i went to bed tonight,
I had you on mind,
Thinking of how great you are,
And how your just one of a kind,
Before i went to bed tonight
As I wished upon a star,
I thought about you endlessly,
And wondered where you are
I hope this poem makes you happy,
even if just for a while,
I'd gladly write a million,
Just to make you smile
So before you go to bed tonight,
I hope you'll think of me,
Just like how i thought of you,
Just think how happy we would be.
GOOD BYE
I liked him so much
just the thought of his touch,
but now he's with you,
ya i love you too
i thought that he would like me,
i guess that i was wrong,
He never will,
so i'll try and be strong
Thinking of all the things,
That our love would bring,
But i'll just leave it alone
Cuz there is no hope
Now you just won't talk to me,
Just holding her hand so proudly,
About me, you obviously don't care,
As i sit around and try not to stare
i'll like you forever,
i'll hate you never,
Until you become that guy,
To which i always have to say good bye.
HERE I'LL BE
as i looked upon a falling star,
i realized you were not so far
cuz yet you were here with me
how could i not have seen
i guess i never looked at you,
from the way that i now do,
you were always on your way,
all the time, day to day
But now i realize that its true
Us together, me and you
it was definetly meant to be
It is very clear to see
Though you may not feel the same,
i will eventually pass the flame
For you to hold,and love so dear
and you can hold me ever so near
i've known you for so long
now my love has grown quite strong
for now i know your the one for me
forever and always, here i'll be
HIDING
When i look into your eyes
i can see right through your disguise
it is no use to try and hide
i know because i've tried
i've tried to hide from the world
but everything gets all twirled
you wont know who you are
its like fighting one endless war
its like going down a road so far
and not knowing where the heck you are
i know your trying to act real tough
but now i think i've had enough
I know that deep down inside
there's something that you want to hide
but you should just let it go
who really cares who else knows
I will always be there for you
but you gotta give someone a clue
i will help you, but promise me this,
i get the one last kiss

In the arms of an angel,
You came to this earth,
You were made to stand out,
Ever since your birth.
In the arms of an angel,
You saw the light,
You found out what was wrong,
And you do what is right.
In the arms of an angel,
You didn't fall for the devil's lies,
You are truely gold,
I can see it in your eyes.
In the arms of an angel,
Memories flash through your mind,
Of love and of hate,
And those people, so kind.
And now I shall go,
And take my own path,
Just keep your life going,
And try not to look back.
True love
You can say that your in love,
That you got a message from above,
but how will you really know,
Until you have to let them go,
You do not realize,
just what you have,
Just look into her beautiful eyes,
and maybe you will see,
For she is so great
and she is YOUR date
So why would you ruin it
Cuz you have to admit
She was the best thing,
that you ever had
But you blew her off,
and now YOUR sad,
Just think what you did to her,
Leaving her standing at her door,
Waiting for you patiently,
And then you never came,
You will never get another chance,
to take her to that big dance,
Obviously you didn't care,
Now you just think, This isn't FAIR
