1 True story about biking
Rating: PG
Quality: (Quality: Unrated)
i live where there is no police so when i go biking i would never wear my helmet, but when i went to my friends house in town i brought my bike so we could get around faster. there was lots of police around so i put on my helmet. we where on the back to her house and we where on the wrong side of the road (the other side was to bad to drive on) just as we came to a blind spot, my friend crossed the road. i started to cross went i was hit by a car, i broke my leg, my bone almost went through my skin but my cast comes off next week, i broke the windsheld of the car and i also messed up the wheels on my bike, the doctors said with out the helmet i would have died or at least never been the same. there was cracks in my helmet and a bruise on my temple where my head would have broke open. i never thought anything like that would have ever happend to me, i was shocked but i stayed calm and joked about it, i was probly the only one not crying (atleast not until they put the cast on) the had to sqeeze my my leg where i broke it. i had to get 5 iv needles in my arm and i spent 3 nights in the hospital. but i just glad to be alive.
