Dale Vincent Milligan was by far one of the most amazing people I have ever met. There isn't a single person in this world who is as beautiful, funny, kind, caring, or selfless as Dale. He was a friend to everyone, and he was there for anyone who needed him. He always had a smile on his face, and he was always making everybody around him laugh. He was an angel.
But that angel was taken away from us all on August 4, 2004. He was a backseat passenger in a car whose driver was going 72 on a highway that's speed limit is 55. The driver switch lanes abruptly and lost control of his car which flew off the road, through a ditch, and through a wire fence before making contact with a tree and then rolling back into the ditch. The driver and the passenger behind him suffered only minor injuries and were able to crawl from the vehicle. Dale and the girl in the front passenger seat (Alisha Beard) were both pronounced dead at the scene.
