My knees start to shake,
When you're in my sight,
My mind is filled with wonder,
My heart with fright.
When will this feeling stop?
When did it start?
How can I listen to my mind,
Without breaking my heart?
I'm so confused.
What should I do?
I can't think of anything,
Except you.
Should I ignore you,
Or just give it time?
I can't think straight,
My heart controls my mind.
Your eyes are blue like the ocean,
Your hair dark like the sky,
Before a storm,
I never thought that it would be so hard to say good-bye,
I had feelings for you like no one else,
Despise what everyone said,
I believed that you loved me,
I really thought that you did,
I just couldn't see,
All the things that you were doing to me,
They said they saw you with another girl,
I told them it was me,
They said you didn't care for me,
I told them they couldn't see,
Then they said that you told them that you loved me no more,
That was something that I didn't believe at the time,
Then I saw what I meant to you,
I meant nothing,
Compared to her,
Why didn't you tell me?
Why didn't you fess up?
Couldn't you see,
What you were about to do to me?
I guess not,
Because no matter how hard I faught,
No matter how much I prayed,
You didn't have the feelings that I had for you.
I faught for you to care,
I faught for your love,
I faught for you to see,
What you really meant to me,
I faught for you to love me again,
But then I didn't know that it was over,
It was done,
You had already started over again,
While I was left all alone,
With no one to care,
I guess that you just didn't see,
What we were,
What we could be,
How much you meant to me,
It's a shame that you didn't see these things at the time,
Because then I would have taken you back,
Now it's to late,
I started over again,
Just like you,
What was I supposed to do?
You left me by myself,
All alone,
Well I guess that now you know how it feels,
How real it is,
To have someone you care for,
Walk away,
With no explination,
Not a word to say.
You left me on the floor crying,
When you walked out forever,
You didn't have the same feelings for me,
That you had in the beginning,
Or did you even have them?
Did you even care?
I wonder these things,
I ponder on why you left me,
And how you could be so blind,
How you could not see,
All that you meant to me,
How could you leave me?
After all that we went through,
After all the love that we shared?
These are the quesions I have to ask,
These are the things I need to know,
In order to prove that you never really loved me in the first place,
I was just another girl to you,
I was just another girls whose heart you were about to break,
Don't you care?
Can't you see?
I guess not,
If you knew what you meant to me,
How much I loved you,
And how much I cared,
You would have stayed,
I wouldn't be on this floor crying,
All by myself,
Without someone by my side comforting me,
This is all your fault,
Maybe after you hear this,
From me,
You can see,
You can believe,
That what I said was true,
I loved you.
