1 A girl in love needing Help! 1 MBLBS

It all started the end of Last Year. Now i'm not one to believe in love at first sight...but this was it. I was introduced to this guy, who i will call "BP" through this letter, By one of my friends. He was really sweet to me and all...and i feel totally head over heels for him. He didn't like me in that way tho, and within time we started spending more time together. Over the summer i added him to my MSN list, and 1 day after my 14th birthday, i asked him out. He answer was no, and this courage of mine to ask him took place about 1 month after meeting him. BP is 16 at the moment...meaning that i asked him out when he was 15...so BP is only about 11 months or so older than me, and 2 grades ahead. (no he has never failed. lol) Anyway...lucky for me..i got to spend all year with him this year, because he joined the Low Brass section in Marching Band. i was in the Flags squad. We saw each other every Tues.,Wed.,Thurs.,Fri.,and Sat. for Practices, Clef Club, Football Games, and parades/Competitions/ estivals on Saturdays. Not to mention our nightly talks online.
Anyway. you can see where i am going with this one. The more and more time i spent with him...the more and more i fell in love with him. But BP never liked me. Half Way through Band Camp..i thought i was moving to VA. i asked some ppl for their info so i could stay in touch. Whatever they wanted to give me...they gave to me. Now BP gave me ALL his info. Was it a Sign? Perhaps. but maybe not as well.
After i found out i was not moving after all...I asked BP out again. 2 months after the last time. reasonable. he said no again. he said he wasn't goin to get into a relationship for a long while so he can focus on Band. 1 day later..he asked out my Best Friend. they went out for a week and then she dumped him. I felt so bad. is that wrong of me?
And then so came school and The Homecoming Dance. i asked him to it too...He said No...but it took him two weeks to tell me. Is that a good thing? well i asked him to dance that night...and he said he would..but then the dance was over with. Darn.
Thus the Halloween dance came. I didn't ask him ot that one. beside..it was for the younger kids..and we were helping out with it. I asked him to dance..he said no, he wasn't going to dance that night..then he dances with the girl he had a crush on. I'm talking to him and he said he isn't sure if he likes her now.
