The reason that incest poses a DNA problem is because of mutations. Perhaps mutations had not yet occured in the time of Adam and Eve. And science shows that there must have been a first woman- at least according to Permission to Believe. And Eve's creation after Adam is not male chauvanist- notice, the more complicated things get created later- so woman being created last means she's the most complicated.
