I once met a guy
With brown eyes and brown hair
He gave me a little kiss
To show me that he cared
He had asked me out
More than twice
He wouldn’t give up
Without a fight
So I gave him a chance
Not knowing what to expect
Later I found out
He was the nicest guy I had met
We eventually went out
And everything went all right
But deep down in my heart
I knew he was mine
So I kept him very close
Tried not to let him slip away
But suddenly we broke up
I thought about him everyday
My life was ruined without him
I needed him by my side
Wishing over and over everyday
That he wouldn’t have lied
I got my friend to call him
To see how his life turned out
We realized we were meant for each
And decided to go back out
Now I have him by my side
Forever to have and hold
Maybe we will we will last a lifetime
Until we are gray and old
Part of me has changed
Since the day we met
I will never find another like him
Well at least not yet
He could never be replaced
He mine until the end
All along I should have known
He was a very special BOYFRIEND!!
