OK first of all cheating is cheating and there shouldnt be any RULES for cheating because its just wrong.  Would you want your boyfriend/girlfriend to follow these rules?  I think not


1. If you don't remember it, it didn't happen.

You shouldnt get yourself in this situation anyways if you have a girlfriend or boyfriend

2. If you were drunk, high, or intoxicated in any other way, it didn't happen.

If you were drunk, high, or intoxicated its still cheating and you still did it and you should admit what you did.

3. If they're were no witnesses, it doesn't count.

Normal people normally dont have witnesses when cheating on there boyfriend or girlfriend so yeah it does count.

4. If you were in a different city, state, or zip code, it doesn't count.

It doesnt matter where you are or who it is its still cheating you should be faithful to your guy or girl.

5. If you didn't make the first move, it doesn't count.

If you have a boyfriend or girlfriend you shouldnt let someone make a move because for someone to make the first move normally it takes flirting or something to pursue them to make the first move.
