my mum had known the guy from work and he was a great guy dont get me wrong but for the 8 years i knew him he was sortah like the "picture perfect" guy and it was sortah always a wrong type of vibe i got from him . . . he would always spoil me and all my cousins and especially my mom . . . my mom and dad arent together anymore but i basiclly live with my mom 24/7 and she broke up with this guy after 3 years of dating and living together . . . problem?? she wasn't ready for a serious relationship then since she was only around 31 . . . they stayed friends and about 1-2 years later they got back together putting their efforts into the relationship - wanting children, getting married etc. but after at least a year together, mom found out not only was he lieing but he decieved her - he told her he was ready but he wasn't - at all . . . about 2 years later he came crawling back AGAIN and told my mom again that he was seriously ready . . . by that time he was like 40 anyway so she thought he was too . . . not to our suprise was he lieing AGAIN but cheating on my mom with people from work - people that my mom work with . . . she told me that the leann rimes song "life goes on" explains everything . . . "shame on you if you fooled me once, shame on me if you fooled me twice" . . . i just want girls to see that not everything that people that you may trust with more than youre life are going to tell you the truth - because at the end of the day, ALL people really want wot they cant have - and once theyve got it, they take it for granted . . .
Now me and my best friend haff been best friends since the start of the year . . . ive known him through these other girls that i know through one of my best m8s - obviously sort of a complicated situation but hes sucha great guy i love him soooooooooooooo much as a mate because he would be like my advice giver and everything and as the year went on we got closer and closer . . . until one week when i went away on a trip and i found out he hooked up with a girl from my school - who by the way is like a worst enemy with me and my group and this literally tore me apart - i knew it was jealousy at first but i couldnt get HIM out of my head - not the fact that he did it . . . he rang me the night he knew that i would be home from the trip and was saying he would do anything for me to get me as his friend . . . it was then that i realised not only did i like him but i wanted him to be with me and no-one else . . . at that time i asked around with all my mates and they all thought the same thing - i know it was a bit slow but then i think this year was worthwile afterall . . . on christmas eve he asked me out and i swear to god that christmas day was the best day of the year . . . turned out that he liked me all along and that he knew that i liked him as well - in this other fwd that i read and if the writer of that fwd is reading this thank you 4 writing this becoz it encouraged me 2 tell my bestie how i felt - "be careful wot you tell your bestie that could change your hole relationship but if he was a true best friend - he would already know" and i knew he did . . . right now even thinking about him i get butterflies and i can't stop smiling . . . i know that this doesn't happen with all best friends but i'm saying right now that if you seriously get that gut feeling - go with your instincts because if you don't, not only do your instincts quickly change but you'll forget wotevah you felt and you may regret it for the rest of your life . . . not only is getting together with your best friend less complicated because you know the family and all but its rare that you can get a bf hooz your best friend and have all the 'electricity' in the middle . . .
