OMG THAT IS THE FUNNNIEST CRAP I EVR HEARd. u say that hiphop and rap takes talent?? only voice thats it. and dance sumtimes. rock is about the passion, the talent, its about having something to sing about. hiphop and rap yeah all they sing about is sex, prostitues, and hores. and about how they cheated on their gfs. o ya and about girls bodies and butts and crap. come ON. people go thru heck in their lives. you must not know what it feels like. oh yeah and heres the talent it takes for rock music : guitar, keyboard, drums, DUH in rock bands, they dont just have any person or one of their buddies play the drums. the drums take REAL talent. as for me, i play guitar and piano (keyboard 2), and it takes real talent. besides youve gotta WRITE the songs, and some people are really awesome guitarists and really talented at lyrics-writing. ok and in hiphop, they just come up with lyrics, make a tune, and add all these sounds and beats to the songs, but theres no real talent in it. like no drummer, no keyboarder, i dont get how it takes more talent. listen to muse, papa roach, linkin park, korn, nickelback, and crossfade. i have to say all of those bands have the most inspiring talent ive ever seen. oh yes and the best band of all time, nirvana how can u say kurt cobain isnt talented basicly, im not saying hiphop is crap, though ihate it and dont see a point in singing about bein a pimp and havin sex with a bunch of girls, but that rock is not crap either. ROCK TAKES TALENT. hiphop takes sex or cheating and then hey lets make a song about it. at least rock comes from deep inside, a true feeling, a real thing to sing about.
