it was a hard night that night,
to see my good friend fall out of a moving truck with such flight.
because she was in the bed of a truck,
that night was just not her kind of luck.
they were swerving the whole time on that road,
because the driver never metioned that she had drank to that night.
they thought she hadnt drank so she was ok to drive home,
little did they know that she was the one who blew a point 3.0.
the driver swerved out of control and flipped over 7 or 8 times,
into a dicth were the truck stopped on a dime.
my friend hit a rock and punctured her lungs,
she was only ninteen this was no time to die.
so my lesson to all is dont drink and drive.

the story behind this is that my friend nikiyie died on my birthday and i wont ever be able to have another one without her again. she was in the bed of a truck with her soon to be boyfriend. we were all having a good time that night. i was in another vehicle. the driver of the truck had told everyone that she hadnt drank that night and we all believed her because we hadnt seen her drink at all that night.  she said that the passenger grabbed the steering wheel but we know thats not true because of the other person in the bed had seen the accident. to this day the driver still has not gotten charged with anything and its beens 7 months since the accident.
