1 An unbearable breakup

I was going out with this guy named jake for a while and he was going out with this older chick and he told her he liked me alot and then they broke up after a while and he asked me out...I had started liking him more and more until i couldnt go to the movies on saturday. So i guess he was lonely and started making out with the biggest mean person, and she also makes her way around, in school, Chelsie, and she is starting rumors that he put his hand went up her skirt.
    Well i called him and he said that he didnt know why he made out with her but i didnt ask about the skirt i told him that we were through and that he could go to the valentines dance with his new icky girfriend chelsie bc i dont want anything to do with him. So i hung up on him
    We were planning on going to the dance together which is in a couple days but he isnt worth it.


Did i do the right thing?
