Controls our life
Controls who we love.
But even if it is true
I can't bring myself to believe it
'Cause if it is true,
Then we wouldn't have to go through this bit.
I didn't even mess around
Just made out a few times
And all I can do to keep from crying
Is to write down these pathetic rhymes
You didn't even have to want me
You didn't even have to care
But you shouldn't of messed up
And acted like I wasn't there.
This passion that grows
Deep inside our lives
Will kill our spirits
And paralyze our minds.
Unthough unwanted
The passion will come
It can sting so bad
You body will go numb.
I wish I could lie in a fire
Maybe then I'd feel
A burn that actually means something
A burn that's torch is real.
I know it was good
Heck, it was great
But the torching of my body
Will be left up to fate.
