Help!!! Losing the girl i love....

ok so me and my girlfriend have been together for almost 3 years now and we did everything together and i was soo happy so cheated on me about a year and a half ago but i forgave her and we were ok, so now we went to this party and i got drunk and i saw her dancing with one of my friends and when we got in the car i started calling her names bad names and i grabbed her and put her in a pretty good head lock well a minute later i was sorry, i couldnt believe i did that, so of course she broke up with me and she won't awnser her phone to me and blocked me on AIM its been about a week and a half she finally will return a few text messages and she unblocked me from AIM but i know i text her too much and call her but im so used to it, and all she says is leave me alone i need time, i still love you but this isnt going to ever work, everyone i talked to says give it time she'll come back, give it time, but it kills me everyday if i dont text or call or do something then i feel that shes gonna move on and forget about me. i mean this is a girl i was with everyday for 3 years almost. Does anyone have any advice they can give me to win her back? Please help i dont know what the best approach to take. Please any good advice is appreciated
