Hi,
If you are reading this letter, consider yourself very lucky. This is a great letter that I am writing, and I want the world to read it. My name is Bobby Joe and I want to trade my secret BBQ recipe for your help in finding my family.
You see, I stayed up last night looking out at the moon. It was a very big full moon. The air was just right. I had a very good day all day. As problem free as a day can go. I felt good.
I was thinking about all of the things that I had done in my life, and all of the people I have met .
I want to share a recipe with you, and through you to the rest of the world. This sauce has been my main money maker and almost everybody loves it. I only ask for one favor in return. To me it is a very big favor.
I am forty years old now, and I haven’t seen my mother or anybody in my family since1984. My fault for leaving. I really miss them. I don’t know where they are and I have tried everything I could to find them..I am a world traveler, never could settle down.
I am hoping that you will e-mail this letter to all of your friends, and they to all of theirs. In time, I hope this letter will find my family.
Thank you for being a friend to me, and I hope this letter finds you in good health and spirit.
Without any more delay, here is my secret BBQ sauce.
Because I cater to large events, this is enough sauce for a very large crowd. You can reduce the amounts by ½ or even a ¼ to satisfy fewer guests
BOURBON BBQ SAUCE
1 gallon of KC Masterpiece BBQ Sauce (original)
3 cups of apple cider vinegar
8 cups of distilled water
2/3 cup of liquid smoke
1/6 cup of celery seed
1/6 cup of Kosher salt
1/6 cup of coarse ground black pepper
½ Tablespoon of Ground cayenne pepper
1 cup of Jim Beam Bourbon whiskey
Combine all of the ingredients (except for the bourbon)in a 20 quart sauce pan and simmer very slowly
NEVER BOIL you will ruin it
Simmer until it just starts to bubble a little bit, stirring all the while.
remove from heat and add the bourbon continually stirring until mixed thoroughly and cool.
This sauce will keep for a summer in the fridge. Try not to eat and drive. LOL
That’s it. It is very simple, and very good Please enjoy.
My fathers name was Christopher Lake Clark (died in 1984)
My mothers name is Shirley Clark
My older brother is Fredrick Eugene Clark
The next is Wayne Lake Clark
The next is Michael Reese Clark
My sister is Marjorie Anne Clark
all last seen in Edinburg, Texas 1984
Please E-Mail this to as many people as you can, and to as many places as you can around the world. My whole family was a bunch of vagabonds. My mother went to the Philippine Islands once.
My little brother Michael, to Okinawa once. All of them have traveled the States.
If you have any news of them, please have them visit me at .http://. or http://.
Thank you for everything and please enjoy your day as much as you possibly can,
Bobby Joe
