1 A friend nearly lost..but saved just in time..:)

Turning over a new leaf,
A new leaf to forget about you,
I know you'll always be there,
But i never again want to feel what i do now,
Forgetting you means forgetting me,
So i'll have to be forgotten,
Along with everyine else forgetting me,
I need to aswell,
And never remember.
It will be hard, it will hurt,
But now i wonder if i ever really did love you?
Was my feeling towards you that special?
Or was it that i just especially liked you,
But just as a normal friend,
Maybe a close friend but no more..
There's been the good times,
But the bad stick in my memory,
Like nightmares
They haunt my thoughts,
Like nightmares
Your words flash through my head,
Like nightmares
A replay of your look in my mind,
No-one will ever replace you,
But i don't want them to,
For then that means i could go throught the same hurt,
I thought i loved you,
For your kind words,
For your warm embrace,
For your contageous laugh,
But it was too much,
It can't be like this anymore,
Like an open wound-
Burning pain..
Always there but never seen.
And if you feel abandoned,
It's nothing compared to what i felt,
What i feel,
Because truly, this is just my way of getting over you,
I'm not forgetting you,
For you've already forgotten me,
Long ago...
It was a long time after when i wrote this next poem and i think i knew all along that i wasn't gonna lose her, that she was always close to my heart and I wouldn't be complete without her. But i liked to think that i had the guts to just tell her to go away or even just tell her how much she meant to me couse i don't think she ever knew. Anyway, this is what i said..
I lie that i thought wanted to be true...
I thought i wanted to forget you,
To be completely apart from you,
To never think about you,
To never again be in your arms,
And it was a lie saying that i wanted to be out of your life,
And i believed i wanted it to be true,
But i don't,
I never did,
When Im with you i never want to part with you,
It makes up for all the times I miss you,
All the times I believed you hated me,
All the hurt, despair and fear,
Because i feel safe with you,
You make me smile my biggest smile,
And it's because your so special,
Such a special friend,
That i love you so very much.
I'm still friends with this person now and it's nearly 6 months later. Recently she has really hurt me but she's said sorry and she felt awful so I forgave her. It's been a bit awkward since then but it's getting better now. But i still think I'm losing her..and i dnt wna do that..never ever.. She's moving on..i will follow her as far as i can but i can't force it. But even if i lose her, i want her 2 know that she's got a place close to my heart for the rest of her life and I'm always just a phone call away whenever she might need me. I luv ya huni, i always will and always have xXxXx
