heres a recipe to a simple smoothie... things ur gonna need: a microwavable cup ice cream milk thats all i think... how to: first you get a cup and put any flavor ice cream in it fill it about up to the top then you put it in the microwave for abut 17-27 seconds depending on what kinda microwave u have...when uput it in the microwave u might wanna start out with a shorter amount of time and keep heating it up so you dont make it all melted make sure its not melted all the way just kinda gushy and sorda melted then mix it up and pour a little bit of milk in it ...pour the milk so it fills up most of the glass. mix it a lil bit more and... ur done!!!! thanx clair for this recipe!!! if it dosent work pout email me at laurenp760hotmail.com!!
