I don't understand how,
I was able to deal with the fact,
I didn't know how to react.
With what happented that awful day,
I really don't know what to say,
About how I felt,
I could feel my heart melt.
The day you went away,
was probably the hardest day,
of my life,
When I thought it was a knife.
That took your life away,
I remember to this day,
What it really was,
I rememeber because,
It was one week before my 10th birthday,
I thought I could have kept it at bay.
But I have to deal with the fact your gone,
I never thought it would really dawn.
But it's been 10 years,
you will always be very dear,
I will miss you so,
And I will always love you so
