okay reason 1. we actually care about how we look even tho we do spend maybe 2 hours getting ready for school in the morning. it's not like it's a bad thing i mean at least we don't look like dog shit when we get to school honestly...whats wrong with taking a few hours to get ready?
Yeah, i know it. We can look good if we want.. its not a crime. Punks must hate preps because we try to look good or soemthing? i mean honestly. Half of the time, where nice to the punks/goths. And they still diss us on our designer clothing. i think its really rude
2. we listen to good music our music isn't all "ooh i'm gonna kill my self" or "life sucks".
I know how you feel.. i hate it. all the goths dont like rap or anything else. there freakin narrow minded im a prep, and i listin to rap and some country .. and like 2 kinda punk songs. but not like HARD heavey medal crap
3. we get good grades i've read so many forwards about how "preps suck up to everyone" well even if that is true...at least we don't sit there in the back of the class smoking our weed and failing
Yes, preps get good grades. not all of us are always goody two-shoes...okay. maybe we sometimes are. thats because we care about how people feel about us. we dont want people sayin "oh, there a pot head" and all that kind of stuff
4. we don't use saftey pins to hold our clothes together. all you punks or goths or whatever use like saftey pins on your clothes is that supposed to be like an accessory?? cuz it doesn't look good...at all.
OMG i hate it when people wear the safty pins thats not an accessory come on its gross lookin. wear some normal clothing
5. we have more than 3 friends. you guys have your little circle of 3 other people at your lunch table. but we're nice to everyone in the whole schooL yea even the people who hate us like the goths and punks and stuff.
Yeah, preps have a lot more than 3 friends, we want people to like us.. unlike the punk people could care less..i think thats kind of ignorant
6. we have good clothes. i never see any punks walking around in different outfits. you guys like wear pants more than once a week...why?? can't you just...get more??
OMG i so agree. they need to get some new cloths, they always wear the same thing like 2 tiems a week or something. and the pants are UGLY. i mean no effence, but jesus for the love of god..
7. we DO NOT all dress like eachother we may wear the same brands but isn't that why you label us preps? if you wore like gap or something you obviously wouldn't be a punk or a goth so dur we're gonna wear same brand of clothes...and okay i thought goth and punk was supposed to be like about like being likeall different but like all of you dress the same with the really big pants and the dirty shirts from concerts.
Yes i cant stand the dirty concert tee's.. if there clean, great, but its nasty when they have holes in them.. so nasty looking.
8. we're happy most of the time and don't try to kill ourselves. you guys walk around wearing all black and aren't happy at all unless you're like on crack or something...why can't you just wear some color? you can wear like pink pants and a white shirt or something that would still be "punk" or "goth" and that would be ok...why is it black all the time?? a little bit of color wouldn't kill ya
Yeah, we are always happy.. and shes right. at least we dont try to kill ourselfs.. and color never killed anybody and i see some punks that wear some pink and white. and i think its a good thing. they just dont have to close to minds and worship black
