As I sat there waiting to know,
I hoped and prayed that it wasn’t the worst,
As I chanted your name,
Over and over,
I started to have faith.
Hoping it would get through to you,
I prayed it would,
But from what happened I guess it didn’t,
And I wished I could have done something
But I couldn’t and for that I’m sorry.
But one thing I would like you to know is,
I love you and always will,
