But now the day has finally arrived,
The day that I'm so lost without you,
And I'm left waiting, trying to survive
We started hopelessly falling apart,
We were shredding at the seams,
I was losing faith, along with my heart,
Slowly shattering, still whole in my dreams
You started pulling yourself away from us,
You said best friends forever, wait and see,
But all that remains is my broken love and trust,
Because looking at us now, you could fool me
Though you act like you've never cared,
I know somewhere deep down, you still do,
Maybe that's why you're still so scared,
To fix our broken friendship, pull us through
Everything that happened between us,
I know I would go through it all again,
To be who we were before, shattering this rust,
But I know that I will never win
Tiffany, I just wanted to say something,
Even though you'll probably never see this,
I would give up myself, risk my life for you,
If only to prove our friendship still exists.

And I'll forever miss you.
I know that last part didn't rhyme...but I think it sounds good not rhyming...gives a bit of variation.
