My best friend hates me, PLEZ HELP

I really like my best friend, but she's not talking to me. We had a fight-argument sort of thing. I was talking to her on MSN Messenger one day, and she started saying mean things to me. I told my cousins, and they started talking to her on MSN Messenger Which made things worse. My two cousins and my best friend started swearing at eachother and insulting eachother. I really didn't mean for this to happen. And I'm willing to take full responsibility for it. My best friend started ignoring me then. I decided to send a letter to her house, saying that I was sorry(I've sent other letters to her house to keep in touch with her in the holidays aswell). Then After the holidays, she showed all the letters to everyone at school. And she told everyone that I'm a lesbian, when I'm not. I've been really close to her, and after being so close to her, not talking to her now feels weird. We used to hang out together all the time. You might just say I should forget about her and move on, but she knows a lot of my secrets too. Things I haven't told anyone else, and I'm worried she might tell people. Although, I haven't told anyone any of her secrets, I'm not like that. I miss her a lot. And we've been really close. She's also turning into a slag or a tart, and her parents don't allow her to do anything like that. She doesn't even care about school anymore.
I'm 13, and I'm quite depressed right now, Please help.
