Chocolate Mocha Cheesecake

2 envelopes unprepared Dream Whip
1 pkg lite cream cheese
1/3 cup sugar
2/3 cup chocolate chips
1 Tbsp coffee powder

1 1/3 cups Oreo crumbs.
1/3 cup margerine or butter
1/4 cup sugar
Base:
Melt bargerine in microwave; mix in oreo crumbs and sugaer with a fork. When well mixed, spread on BOTTOM ONLY of springform pan and put in feezer.
Beat Dream Whip according to directions on package; set aside. In another bowl, beat well together cream cheese and 1/3 cup sugar. Melt chocolate chips in micro wave at 50% power for approx. 2 to 2 1/2 minutes until runny when stirred. Add to chream cheese and beat well. Dissolve coffee powder in small amount of hot water, (approx. 1 Tbsp,) then add to the cream cheese mixture and beat well. Fold Dream Whip into cheese mixture. Put into springform pan on top of cookie crust. freeze for about 2 hours prior to serving. Garnish with anything, Oreo crumbs, whipped cream, chocolate sauce, etc.
