Pain....

I wake up every morning with the sun in my eyes.
I pretend that I'm happy, but I know it's all lies.
I seem cheerful and smile all throughout the day,
But inside the sun id gone and all my skies have turned grey.
I run into my room and quickly close the door,
Pills in one hand, as I fall to the floor.
I want to scream, but it comes out as a cry.
I open the bottle and ask God 'why?'.
Why I feel this way-so cold and lost.
I feel so guilty, so I must pay the cost.
I start to pour the pills down my thoart,
And feel my heart begin to choke.
How did my world start crashing down?
My soul is screaming without making a sound.
I'm very still as I fall,
Into darkness and wanting to call,
Call for someone to help me now.
Wondering what's happened, when and how?
My vision is blurred and my heart beats fast
And I'm starting to wonder how long I will last.
Now it has happened, I've waited so long,
I'm finally free, all my pain is gone......
